3 T. granulated sugar
1 package or about 3 T. hot cocoa mix
2 T. unsalted butter
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. white chocolate chips
12 oz. evaporated milk. divided
4 1/2 c. ice
whipped cream to taste
mini marshmallows to taste
combine sugar, cocoa mix, and butter in the top of a double boiler set over gently boiling water. stir often utnil melted and a smooth paste forms. add white and semi-sweet chocolate chips; stir. when chips begin to melt, add 1/2 c. evaporated milk. stir until smooth. cool to room temperature.
combine the chocolate base mixutre, the remaining evaporated milk, and ice in a blender. blend until smooth. pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and marshmallows.

Yum! I have had the same thought about using the pins I pin. I tried some brownies and they actually lived up to their name of being THE best brownies! I'll definitely have to try the hot chocolate!
