the giggles

last night i was mid-sneeze, taking in the big "ah ahhhh" right before the "choo," and mike slammed the bedroom door shut which scared me so bad that my sneeze went away. conmpletely disappeared. he thought it was so funny that he randomly opened and closed our bedroom door for half the night, hoping to scare a sneeze out of me or make me forget about my allergies or something.

then we got laughing so hard that suddently everything was funny. coco's snoring. the window air conditioner. my sleep talking about gathering 137 pine needles for the wedding. mike's snoring which sounds exactly like the neigh of a horse. we decided to talk to each other only in rhymes, and we got really good at making every word rhyme with whatever the last person had said.

as i laid there laughing, i felt so content. i was really happy about my life right now: just me, my husband and our crazy coco, living in a cute little house with dry grass full of morning glory.

i could not ask for more.
