As promised. . .
Waffle Cookies
1/2 cup margarine, melted
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. vanilla
1 cup flour
3 T. cocoa
1/4 t. salt
Mix together. Place one heaping tablespoon in each section of a hot waffle iron. Cook for approximately 1 minute. Remove with fork. Cover with cream cheese or chocolate frosting. Makes 16 cookies.
