it's cold

I don't know about you, but I needed something to cheer me up from the cold. When I was walking to class yesterday, I thought my toes were going to freeze off before I made it!

I'm looking for some things to put on a hutch my dad repainted for me for Christmas. I think this artist on Etsy has some sweet paintings-

I don't really know how to quilt and I've said a few times that I want to learn how. One Christmas my mom gave me all the fabric to make a rag quilt and I never actually did it. But I think the fabric for this quilt looks pretty and it comes in a kit so you know what to do every step of the way! Maybe I could handle that?

I have been feeling claustrophobic this week. I love Logan and all, but it seems we haven't left this town for months. I'm going to try and convince Mike to take a little trip to visit the new Junction in Ogden- however I know it won't happen because there's a basketball game tomorrow that Mike *will not live without* seeing :) Dang Aggies!
